Their relationship is so much fun and boy full of quite a few misunderstandings but I loved that they always end up talking and working out their problems when they arise. But he is in for a surprise when the beautiful Saxon maid defies him and his desire for her makes him withhold his wrath.
Sep 04, Bec rated it really liked it. The final chapters are poignant and I highly recommend this double book the second “Believe in Me” is the story of Hawk, Cymbra’s brother, and a Viking woman, Krysta, and their arranged marriage to keep the peace.
When Hawk’s sinister half-sister collaborates with a bevy of other schemers to try to drive a wedge between the couple, only Krysta can sense the looming danger that threatens both Hawk and the peace affected by their union.
More by Josie Litton. This story has sweet love, intrigue, and the occasional laugh. Feb 17, Chelsea rated it liked it Shelves: Books by Josie Litton. The action and the tension between the two slows quite a bit in places but still the story is charming and I can recommend it.
But I will definitely be picking up the final book in the trilogy. Oh and there littoj a cute drunk scene too where Wolf has a little too I really enjoyed Dream of Me, it had a few twists and turns, not too many misunderstandings i think the h did well not to make a big deal when the H was so domineering with the H litton h, lots of steamy moments and protagonists that you can actually admire and root for!

Want to Read saving…. Return to Book Page. Great stories, great characters! I give this a 4-star rating because of that really ridiculous climax. But Krysta is a lovely character, she is hardworking and dedicated. He knows he adores her and fights for her and never gives up on winning her heart and proving that she is more than enough for him no matter where she comes from and who her parentage is.

Oct 17, Minutes Buy. Their relationship isn’t perfect but I truly adored Krysta. Instead of pretending to be a boy, she is going to pretend to be a servant.
I suspect the mother was a Selkie because Selkies used to show up a lot in older books. Not in my book. They battle elements, Hawk’s disinterest in being be,ieve, and villains who want Saxons and Vikings at odds. This book is beautifully written, it’s a sweeping love story not just in content but in word choice. A must read if you enjoy medieval romances. What first struck me was the writing style. Going on the the last one.
